Résumé
Cet article tente de montrer que la crise, dans le champ de la psychopathologie, participe de la « question» de la vérité du sujet que la psychiatrie s’est toujours efforcée de recouvrir. La psychanalyse a relevé d’une subversion de ce rapport à la vérité en considérant la crise comme un moment singulier de « mutation » dont nul thérapeute ne possède la maîtrise. Nous soutiendrons ainsi une réflexion sur la notion de transition psychique par une approche des épisodes maturatifs de l’existence, en particulier chez l’adolescent, puis analyserons la notion de modification psychique dans l’espace de la cure analytique.
This article attemptes to show that the crisis in psychopathology has a connection with the « question » of the subject’s truth which is covered by the psychiatry. The psychoanalysis participed of a subversion of this link with the truth considering the crisis as a singular moment of mutation which is not under the therapist’s master. We shall reflect upon the psychic transition by an approach of the levels of the maturation in particular with the adolescents and shall examine the notion of psychic modification in the psychoanalytic treatment.
