A hommage to Elias Petropoulos and Ante Popovski
Within almost a month’s time (September 3rd – October 1st 2003) two grand Baltic poets, a Greek and a Macedonian passed away. Though they had never met, in spite of having numerous mutual friends, these two writers had a large number of similarities. Prolix and genius at everything they touched, they were rebellious and above all didn’t wish to be catalogued or classified within any school of art.
