Four clinical presentations illustrate how the path of regression, reimplantation and separation opens up as a result of the treatment and the transference and how it deals with a demonic repetition yet to be overcome. Everything that occurs indicates that the subject is seeking to bring about his own birth by withdrawing his dormant nucleus ego from his assigned environmental ego on the basis of a representation that is in construction. The better organised psychic life allows wish-fulfilling dreams to occur. Psychic attention in the form of extremely close listening is like touch and thereby produces a skin, a protective shield. This leads on to a consideration of what measures are taken to avoid perceiving the realisation by means of destructive attacks while also seeking, through massive projective identification, to blur the distinction between self and external object.

Wird eine traumatische Vergangenheit an- oder ausgesprochen, so kann dem Autor zufolge nur dann eine Arbeit zustande kommen, wenn in der Behandlung die Urszene regelmässig aufgesucht und konstruiert wird. Das heisst, sie wird zum Organisatior im Hinblick auf den Ödipus als Anziehungspunkt, aber auch vor allem zur Stütze im Laufe der Behandlung bei der Introjektion von Emfpindungen, Wahrnehmungen, Affekten und Vorstellungen im Übertragungsgeschehen. Die Psyche konstruiert sich mit Hilfe des Paares Trieb und Objekt. Die Aufmerksamkeit des Analytikers richtet sich also auf die Grenzen zwischen Innen und Außen und auf die Qualität der Antwort des primären Objekts hinsichtlich der Entstehung der Psyche. Der Schrecken und die Sprachlosigkeit als Folge einer uranfänglichen trostlosen Vereinsamung suchen eine Organisationsmatrix. Der Autor vertritt die Hypothese, dass es die Urszene ist, die sie herstellt. Vier klinische Beispiele illustrieren, wie der Prozess der Regression, der erneuten Implantation und der Trennung durch die Kur und die Übertragung eingeleitet und wie mit einer noch unbewältigten dämonischen Wiederholung umgegangen wird. Alles sieht so aus, als ob das Subjekt – von einer sich herausbildenden Vorstellung ausgehend – die eigene Geburt anzustreben suche, indem es seinen Ichkern aus seinem ihm zugewiesenen Umwelt-Ich herausschält. Das so besser organisierte psychische Leben lässt Wunschträume zu. Die psychische Aufmersamkeit in Form eines sehr genauen Zuhörens ist ein Takt, der zur Schaffung einer Haut, eines Reizschutzes führt. Der Autor erörtert daraufhin die Maßnahmen, die getroffen werden, um der Wahrnehmung der Realisierung mit Hilfe von destruktiven Attacken zu entgehen, wobei durchaus mit Hilfe einer massiven projektiven Identifikation gleichzeitig versucht wird, die Differenz zwischen Selbst und äußerem Objekt zu verwischen.

Partiendo de la evocación de un pasado traumático, la escena primitiva estará presente regularmente en todo el trabajo desarrollado y construido a lo largo de la cura. Esto muestra su intervención como organizador hacia el atractor edípico pero también y fundamentalmente como apoyo de introyección de sensaciones, percepciones, afectos y representaciones a lo largo de la propia cura, en el centro de la transferencia. El psiquismo se constituye gracias a la pareja pulsión-objeto. De esta manera, la atención del psicoanalista está concentrada en los límites dentro-fuera y en la calidad de la respuesta del objeto primario en la constitución del psiquismo. El susto y la estupefacción que son la consecuencia de una desolación primordial, buscan la matriz organizadora. El autor defiende la hipótesis de que la escena originaria constituye sus fundamentos. Cuatro evocaciones clínicas ilustran de qué manera el recorrido de regresión, de reimplantación y de separación se aparta gracias a la cura y a la transferencia y trata una repetición demoníaca todavía no socializada. Todo se desarrolla como si el individuo buscase su propio nacimiento y tomara de su Yo entorno asignado su Yo núcleo quiescente, a partir de una representación que se va construyendo. La vida psíquica mejor organizada permite los sueños de deseo.
La atención psíquica bajo la forma de escucha muy precisa es tacto y así fabrica una piel, un protector contra las excitaciones. Esto nos lleva a considerar las medidas que hay que tomar para huir de la percepción de realización a través de ataques destructores e intentando al mismo tiempo, por identificación proyectiva masiva, confundir la distinción entre uno mismo y el objeto externo.

Partendo dall’evocazione di un passato traumatico, non ci sarebbe cura se la scena primaria non venisse regolarmente visitata e costruita durante il processo. Cioè essa interverrebbe come organizzatore verso l’attrattore edipico ma anche e soprattutto come appoggio all’introiezione delle sensazioni, delle percezioni, degli affetti e delle rappresentazioni nel corso della cura stessa al cuore del transfert. La psiche si costituisce grazie alla coppia pulsione-oggetto. Così, l’attenzione dello psicoanalista è volta verso i limiti dentro-fuori e verso la qualità della risposta dell’oggetto primario nella costituzione della psiche. Lo spavento e la siderazione che sono la conseguenza di una desolazione primordiale cercano una matrice d’organizzazione. L’autore difende l’ipotesi che è la scena originaria a costituirla. Quattro evocazioni cliniche illustrano come il percorso di regressione, di ri-impianto e di separazione si apre grazie alla cura e al transfert e tratta una ripetizione demoniaca non ancora addomesticata. E’ come se il soggetto cercasse una nascita di se stesso estraendo dal suo Io-ambiente-assegnato il suo Io-nucleo-consenziente, a partire da una rappresentazione in costruzione. La via psichica meglio organizzata permette i sogni di desiderio. L’attenzione psichica sotto forma di ascolto molto preciso è un tatto e quindi forma una pelle, un para-eccitazione. Questo ci fa pensare alle misure prese per rifuggire la percezione della realizzazione attraverso attacchi distruttivi pur tentando, attraverso l’identificazione proiettiva massiccia, di offuscare la distinzione tra sé e oggetto esterno.
