Le soin de la psychose est envisagé ici dans sa dimension institutionnelle. La notion d’aliénation dans son sens tant social que fondamental articule le problème du soin avec le problème de la psychose. Cette articulation est capitale pour comprendre les fondements du mouvement de Psychothérapie Institutionnelle. Cette introduction se termine par la présentation du mouvement belge de PI. Mots-clés : aliénation, psychose, institution, institutionalisation, psychothérapie, soin. The care for the psychotic is being approached in its institutional dimension. The social and fundamental dimensions of the meaning of alienation articulate the problem of care with the problem of psychosis. Such an articulation is fundamental to understand the basics of the movement of Institutional Psychotherapy. This introduction ends with the presentation of the Belgian movement for IP.
