Destin du « signifiant énigmatique » dans le champ psychosomatique

Clinique du corps, clinique psychosomatique, ces deux notions employées souvent l’une pour l’autre recouvrent-elles la même réalité dans le domaine psychanalytique? La question soulevée est d’importance car si Freud a, dès le début, interrogé le statut épistémologique de cette participation corporelle dans la manifestation des troubles psychiques chez les hystériques, il semblerait que les dysfonctionnements physiologiques divers et les maladies somatiques auxquels se trouvent confrontés aujourd’hui les psychanalystes les aient incité, pour un certain nombre d’entre eux, à s’éloigner de plus en plus dans leurs théorisations de la métapsychologie. Qu’il s’agisse donc de pratique ou de théorie, à l’intérieur de ce champ tant controversé de la psychosomatique il apparaît que le signifiant énigmatique constitue l’outil méthodologique le plus approprié, pour circonscrire et appréhender l’objet clandestin que représente le symptôme somatique, dans son versant conversionnel ou organique, toujours à traduire au plan psychique.Mots-clés : Champ psychosomatique, Outil méthodologique, Signi- fiant énigmatique, Soin psychique, Perspective épistémologique. Psychosomatic or body clinical point of view ? Is it possible that these two concepts may be taken one for onather in the psychoanalytical field ? Put in this way the question is of a great importance considering that Freud has, from the very beginning, included this body participation in the expression of mental desorders inside the great category he used to call Hysteria. Nevertheless, today the patients which often complain with physiological dysfonctioning in their bodies and various somatic deases succedeed to lead some psychoanalysts to leave the grond of Freud’s psychoanalytical theorie and its mean concepts and to turn towards a different way of thinking and dooing. This article attempts to demonstrate that even in the case of these somatic patients the psychotherapy has to be based on the concepts of psychoanalysis, especially on the concept of enigmatical lack of meaning. Through the psychotherapy this enigmatical lack of meaning makes possible the translation of somatic or conversion desorders into psychical conflicts.Keywords : Psychosomatic field, Methodological object, Enigmatical lack of meaning, Psychic treatment, Epistemological view.
