Introduction sur un malaise supposé

Un malaise dans la filiation semble s’établir à partir de changements très importants de l’environnement technique, médical, et désormais, juridique. La réalité de ce contexte évolutif ne peut suffire à approcher des détours, des détournements de la filiation, propres aux fomentations de l’inconscient.
Trois situations cliniques sont présentées, elles concernent : une situation d’insémination artificielle, une procédure de rencontre enfants-parents après divorce, un épisode de relation mère-fille déterminée par l’allongement de l’espérance de vie.
La diversité de ces situations trouve un point de réunion : les discours des parents, points de repère ultime de l’expérience de la filiation. Mots-clés : changement, détour, discours, filiation, inconscient, malaise, patient. A malaise in filiation seems to arise from extremely significant changes in the technical, medical and, henceforth, legal environment. The reality of this changing context cannot suffice to approach detours, forms of alienation of filiation as specific to the upheavals of the unconscious.
Three clinical situations are presented, concerning a situation involving artificial insemination, a procedure to bring children and parents together after a divorce and a mother-daughter episode determined by increasing life expectancy.
The diverse nature of these situations retains a common feature in the discourse of the parents, the ultimate point of reference in the filiation experience. Keywords : change, detour, discourse, filiation, unconscious, malaise, patient.
