L’intervention en analyse de pratique et l’« arrière-fond institutionnel» Lors d'interventions en analyse de la pratique, la dynamique institutionnelle ne trouve à se constituer comme « arrière-fond» suffisamment silencieux, que si l'intervenant se préoccupe des enjeux dont cet espace et sa place sont le lieu, et de leur configuration dans « l'appareil psychique institutionnel » et l'histoire de l'institution. Leur prise en compte dans la psyché de l'intervenant réalise une liaison minimale, et potentialise une (re)centration du travail élaboratif sur la relation entre professionnels et « usagers ». Les configurations groupales et institutionnelles appellent l'intervenant à conjuguer un inévitable investissement, avec une possible abstinence, sollicitant un mouvement analogue chez les professionnels. Ces mouvements génèrent différenciation et travail de pensée, en lieu et place d'une jouissance narcissique et mortifère. If the intervenant party takes them into account in his psyche, it allowes a minimal connection and maximizes a « re»centralization of the elaboration work on the relation between professionals and « users». The group and the institution configurations bring the intervenant party to combine an inevitable investment with a possible abstinence appealing to the professionals a similar motion. These motions bring about differenciation and mental work instead of narcissistic and deathly « jouissance».
