Danger et régression du contrôle social : des valeurs aux processus

L’univers du contrôle subit actuellement une transformation profonde mais imperceptible. Cette transformation implique la dissociation rapide entre le lien social, et l’espace normatif et légal. Dans le contexte post-industriel, la médiation institutionnelle se substitue à la négociation sociale par la division du monde vécu en fractions d’interaction monosémique. En conséquence, les aspects axiologiques du contrôle social s’effondrent en nous propulsant vers un contrôle involontaire. L’évitement isolé remplace la prescription collective, et la dangerosité se substitue au jugement. Fusionnés de plus en plus dans un alliage désocialisé, norme et déviance disparaissent dans la sphère de la gestion efficace de la société postindustrielle. Cela incite à revoir les fondements de l’étude de la déviance et de la socialité.Mots-clés : SOCIÉTÉ POSTINDUSTRIELLE, LIEN SOCIAL, MÉDIATION INSTITUTIONNELLE, CONTRÔLE INVOLONTAIRE, ENVIRONNEMENTS SOCIO-TECHNIQUES AUTOMATISÉS ( ESTA ), PARADOXE DE LA SÉCURITÉ, ALTÉRITÉ, DANGER. The sphere of control is undergoing a great but inconspicuous transition, which rapidly disconnects both normativity and the law from the social bond. The mediation of human relationships by institutions divides the world in fragments of monosemic interaction. Thus, the evaluative aspects of social control wither away and a new unintentional control takes over. This explains a series of dramatic changes, such as the substitution of collective rules and judgements by atomised tactics of escape and danger awareness. Norm and deviance increasingly merge into a desocialised alloy and disappear into the sphere of efficient postindustrial management. This development calls for a fundamental revision of our premises in studying deviance and sociality.Keywords : POSTINDUSTRIAL SOCIETY, SOCIAL BOND, INSTITUTIONAL MEDIATION, UNINTEN - DED CONTROL, AUTOMATED SOCIO-TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENTS (ASTES ), SAFETY PARADOX, OTHERNESS, DANGER. Die Sphäre sozialer Kontrolle unterliegt gegenwärtig einer tiefgreifenden, aber kaum wahrgenommenen Transformation. Diese Veränderung impliziert eine schnelle Auflösung des Zusammenhangs zwischen sozialen Beziehungen, dem Raum der Normativitäten und des Rechts. In post-industriellen Gesellschaften wird die institutionelle Vermittlung sozialer Beziehungen ersetzt durch fragmentierte-monosemische Interaktionen und Aushandlungsprozesse. Als Folge hiervon verlieren normative Aspekte sozialer Kontrolle an Bedeutung, die eher nicht-intentierte Formen annimmt. Das isolierte Vermeiden ersetzt kollektive Vorschriften und Gefährlichkeit ersetzt Bewertungen. Normen und Devianz verschmelzen mehr und mehr in einem dissozialisierten Amalgam einer Sphäre des effektiven Risikomanagements der post-industriellen Gesellschaft. Diese Entwicklungen machen eine grundlegende Neuorientierung der Analyse von Gesellschaftlichkeit und Devianz nötig. El universo del control experimenta actualmente une transformación profundapero imperceptible. Dicha transformación implica una rápida disociación entre los lazos sociales, el espacio normativo y el legal. En el contexto post-industrial, la negociación social es reemplazada por la mediación institucional a través de la disociación del mundo vivido en fracciones de interacción monosemántica. En consecuencia, los aspectos axiológicos del control social se derrumban y nos propulsan hacia un control involuntario. La evitación aisladora reemplaza a la prescripción colectiva, y la peligrosidad al debido proceso. Cada vez más fusionadas en una aleación desocializada, la norma y la desviación desaparecen en la esfera de la gestión eficaz de la sociedad post-industrial. Esta situación incita a revisar los fundamentos del estudio de la desviación y el carácter social.
