L’utilisation de l’espace en psychomotricité

Rentrer dans l’espace thérapeutique aide l’enfant à se constituer un espace psychique. Cette construction se fait par une relation étayante mais qui le confronte à l’altérité en le ramenant à son identité. De plus, son corps se lance dans un mouvement d’exploration : des « rapports topologiques de voisinage et de séparation », de construction et de manipulation entraînent le processus de distanciation entre ce corps qui lui est propre et celui de l’autre. L’occupation corporelle de l’espace permet de faire apparaître les conflits internes : par le jeu, l’enfant a la possibilité de les élaborer et de les organiser pour relancer la dynamique psychique.Mots-clés : contenant psychique, engagement corporel, élaboration psycho-corporelle, appropriation de l’espace, psychomotricité. To let the child be part of the therapeutic sphere helps him to build a psychical sphere. This process of construction is obtained through an analytic relation, which, however, puts him in confrontation with the alterity of others and takes him back to his own identity. Furthermore, in the movement of exploration of “the topological relations of closeness and separation”, of construction and manipulation, the body effects the separation between one’s own body and the body of the other. The physical occupation of the surrounding space makes it possible to display the internal conflicts, and the child, by means of a game, has the opportunity to elaborate and organize them, giving impulse to the psychical dynamics.Keywords : psychical containing, physical commitment, psycho-corporal development, space appropriation, psychomotricity.
