À partir de récits recueillis dans un village de la montagne bulgare entre 1993 et 1998, l’article s’attache aux changements sociaux, politiques et culturels après 1994, tels qu’ils ont été vécus par les intéressés. Il analyse notamment la contradiction entre la norme officielle d’un travail collectif et consciencieux, dirigé vers le bien de la société, et le comportement réel des paysans, essentiellement orienté vers les valeurs individuelles et familiales.Mots-clés : socialisme, agriculture, travail, valeurs, Bulgarie. On the basis of narrations collected in a Bulgarian mountain village from 1993 to 1998 the author analyses social, political and cultural changes posterior to 1994, such as they were experienced by the villagers. She concentrates more especially on the contradiction existing between the official norm of a collective and conscientious work aiming at the welfare of the society and the real behaviour of peasants who are mainly concerned with individual and familial values.Keywords : socialism, agriculture, work, values, Bulgaria. Aufgrund von Erzählungen, die in einem bulgarischen Bergdorf zwischen 1993 und 1998 gesammelt wurden, untersucht die Autorin den nach 1994 eingetretenen sozialen, politischen und kulturellen Wechsel, wie sie von den Dorfbewohnern gelebt wurden. Sie analysiert den Widerspruch zwischen der offiziellen Norm einer kollektiven und sorgfältigen Arbeit, die auf den Gesellschaftswohlstand zielt, und dem wirklichen Verhalten der Bauern, die sich wesentlich individuellen und Familienwerten zuwenden.Schlagwörter : Sozialismus, Landwirtschaft, Arbeit, Werte, Bulgarien.
