La pertinence du délire chez l’enfant
Jean-Jacques Gorog
Opening with a short historical review, this paper subsequently deals with a clinical and theoretical
misunderstanding which is not devoid of consequences : child psychosis is recurrently misrepresented,
and the delusion is mistakenly taken for an excessive imagination ; moreover, the often spectacular
effect of speech is misleading with respect to diagnosis since it implies a switch to neurosis as well as
an ending to the treatment which is mostly damaging as to its outcomes. Keywords :
Child, psychosis, direction of the treatment, hallucination.
