Limites et transformations psychiques

Le rapport interroge selon différentes approches les transformations psychiques associées au processus analytique. Les réflexions se basent sur l’expérience clinique ; elles prennent en considération les mouvements tranféro - contre-transférentiels, l’espace interpsychique qu’ils alimentent et leur incidence sur les modifications intrapsychiques.
Le premier chapitre développe l’importance des agirs dans la cure. La contribution au travail de symbolisation secondaire et primaire de “ l’expérience agie partagée ” inconsciente, parallèle à l’échange verbal, est développée.
Le deuxième chapitre reprend la question de l’interprétation et décrit la notion de “ coesthésie ”, travail psychique de l’analyste qui répond à “ une exigence à représenter ” chez l’analysant. L’interprétation trouve alors sa finalité dans la liaison.
Dans le troisième chapitre, les transformations sont envisagées sous l’angle des limites intra- et interpsychiques et selon l’hypothèse d’un principe de convergence-divergence.Mots-clés : Transformation, Interpsychique, Intrapsychique, Agir, Interprétation, Limites, Convergence, Divergence. This report questions, along different modes, the psychic transformations associated with the analytic process. Opinions are based on clinical experience ; they take into consideration transferential-countertransferential movement, the interpsychic space they feed and their incidence on intrapsychic modifications.
The first chapter develops the question of the importance of action in the treatment. Contribution to the work of secondary and primary symbolisation of unconscious “ shared enacted experience ” parallel to verbal exchange, is considered.
The second chapter takes up again the question of interpretation and describes the notion of “ co-esthesia ”, the analyst’s psychic work in answer to “ an obligation to represent ” of the analysand. Interpretation can thus find an end in binding.
In the third chapter, transformations are considered from the angle of intra and interpsychic limits and according to the hypothesis of a principle of convergence-divergence.Keywords : Transformation, Interpsychic, Intrapsychic, Action, Interpretation, Limits, Convergence, Divergence. Der Bericht befragt aus verschiedenen Gesichtspunkten die psychischen Umwandlungen, welche dem analytischen Prozess assoziiert sind. Die Überlegungen basieren sich auf der klinischen Erfahrung ; sie betrachten die Übertragungs-Gegenübertragungsbewegungen, den interpsychischen Raum, welchen sie nähren und ihren Einfluss auf die intrapsychischen Umwandlungen.
Das erste Kapitel entwickelt die Wichtigkeit des agierens in der Kur. Der Beitrag zur sekundären und primären Symbolisierungsarbeit der “ gemeinsamen gehandelten unbewussten Erfahrung ”, paralell zum verbalen Austausch, wird entwickelt.
Das zweite Kapitel nimmt die Frage der Deutung wieder auf und beschreibt den Begriff der “ Coesthesie ”, Arbeit des Analytikers, welche einer “ Forderung von Vorstellung ” beim Analysanden antwortet. Die Deutung findet dann ihre Finalität in der Bindung.
Im dritten Kapitel werden die Umwandlungen aus dem Gesichtspunkt der intra- und interpsychischen Grenzen angegangen und nach der Hypothese eines Konvergenz-Divergenzprinips.Schlagwörter : Umwandlung, Interpsychisch, Intrapsychisch, Agieren, Deutung, Grenzen, Konvergenz, Divergenz. El informe analiza de acuerdo con diferentes enfoques las transformaciones vinculadas con el proceso analítico. Las reflexiones está n basadas en la experiencia clínica ; tienen en cuenta los movimientos transfero-contratransferenciales, el espacio intersíquico que alimentan y su incidencia en las modificaciones intrasiquícas.
El primer capítulo desarrolla la importancia de los actuares en la cura. También se profundiza la contribución al trabajo de simbolización secundario y primario de la “ experiencia actuada compartida ” inconsciente, paralela al intercambio verbal.
El segundo capítulo retoma el tema de la interpretación y describe la noción de “ coestesia ”, trabajo psíquico del analista que responde a “ la exigencia de representar ” en el analizante. La interpretación halla entonces su finalidad en la ligazón.

Viene sviluppato il contributo al lavoro di simbolizzazione secondaria e primaria, della “ esperienza agita condivisa ” inconscia, parallela allo scambio verbale. Il secondo capitolo riprende la questione dell’interpretazione e descrive la nozione di “ co-estesia ” ; lavoro psichico dell’analista che risponde ad una “ esigenza di rappresentare ” dell’analizzando. L’interpretazione trova quindi la sua finalità nel legame.
