Le soma, matière première du jouet

Le travail présenté s’appuie sur deux cures où il est revenu au soma lourdement lésé des patientes d’être l’organisateur premier d’un processus analytique. De par sa qualité d’objet à la fois interne et étranger, le soma lésé peut en effet être tenu pour la matière première concrète d’un jouet adéquat à la construction d’une aire transitionnelle. Reprenant sous cet angle de vue la question du statut du cadre matériel dans les cures avec les malades somatiques, l’auteur s’attache à observer comment le clivage psyché-soma se transpose dans ce cadre, et en quoi cette transposition est bienvenue pour asseoir avec profit un travail analytique.Mots-clés : Corps, Soma, Jeu, Construction, Cadre matériel, Clivage, Interprétation. Summary — This work refers to two cases of treatment, in which it was the role of the patients’ severely damaged soma to be the main organising factor of the analytic process. Due to its nature as both internal and foreign object, the damaged soma can indeed be considered to be the concrete raw material of a toy able to construct a transitional zone. Reconsidering the question of the status of the material framework in the treatment of somatic patients from this point of view, the author focuses on observing how the psyche-soma split is transposed into this framework, and how this transposition is welcomed in order to advantageously ground analytic work.Keywords : Body, Soma, Play, Construction, Material framework, Split, Interpretation. Zusammenfassung — Der Artikel stützt sich auf zwei Kuren, in welchen das Soma der Patientinnen, schwer beeinträchtigt, zum ersten Organisator eines analytischen Prozesses wurde. Durch seine Qualität als Objekt, sowohl intern als auch fremd, kann das beeinträchtigte Soma als konkreter Grundstoff eines adequaten Spielzeugs für die Konstruktion eines Übergangsraums gehalten werden. Indem sie aus diesem Gesichtspunkt die Frage der Stellung des materiellen Rahmens in den Kuren mit somatischen Patienten wieder aufnimmt, unternimmt die Autorin, zu beobachten, wie die Spaltung Psyche-Soma sich in diesen Rahmen überträgt und wie diese Übertragung positiv ist und mit Profit eine analytische Arbeit begründet.Schlagwörter : Körper, Soma, Spiel, Konstruktion, Materieller Rahmen, Spaltung, Deutung. El trabajo expuesto se apoya en dos curas en el cual el soma ampliamente dañado de los pacientes se convierte en el primer organizador del proceso analítico. Por su cualidad de objeto interno y extraño a la vez, el soma dañado puede efectivamente ser considerado la materia prima concreta de un juguete adecuado para la construcción de un á mbito transicional. El autor retoma bajo el mismo á ngulo el tema del estatuto del marco material en las curas con enfermos somá ticos, y se afana en observar la manera cómo la escisión psiquis-soma se transpone en ese marco, y por qué nos congratulamos con dicha transposición que asienta beneficiosamente el trabajo analítico.Palabras claves : Cuerpo, Soma, Juego, Construcción, Marco material, Escisión, Interpretación. Il presente lavoro si basa su due cure in cui è toccato al corpo dei pazienti pesantemente leso d’essere l’organizzatore principale del processo analitico. Per la sua qualità d’oggetto sia interno che estraneo, in effetti il corpo leso puo’ essere tenuto come materia prima concreta d’un giocattolo adeguato per costruire uno spazio transizionale. Riprendendo sotto quest’angolatura la questione del setting materiale nelle cure di pazienti somatici, l’autore cerca d’osservare come una scissione psiche-soma si traspone su questo setting ed in cosa essa è buona per basare con profitto un lavoro analtico.Parole chiave : Corpo, Soma, Gioco, Costruzione, Setting materiale, Scissione, Proiezione.
