L’objet de dépendance surseoit à une faille de la névrotisation. Le Moi peine à investir le changement sans risque de dépersonnalisation ou de déréalisation. La dépendance va jouer à l’interstice du rapport réalité interne / réalité externe. Les procédés utilisés généreront une dépendance par abandon des processus névrotiques. La répétition à l’identique recrée une conformité identitaire. Les procédés autistiques, par leur utilisation du sensoriel aux dépens de la mentalisation, évoquent les procédés des sujets dépendants, la faille de la névrotisation correspond parfois à un noyau autistique.Mots-clés : Faille de la névrotisation, Déréalisation, Dépersonnalisation, Rapports réalité interne / réalité externe, Identifiant/identifié, Projet identificatoire, Noyau autistique. The object of dependence postpones a failure in the neurotic process. The Ego has trouble investing this change without a risk of depersonalisation or derealisation. Das Objekt der Abhängigkeit schiebt den Bruch der Neurotisierung auf. Das Ich hat Mühe, einen Wechsel zu besetzen ohne Risiko einer Depersonalisierung oder Derealisierung. Die Abhängigkeit wird sich im Zwischenraum der Beziehung innere Realität / äussere Realität abspielen. Die benützten Methoden rufen eine Abhängigkeit durch Fallenlassen der neurotischen Prozesse hervor. Die völlig gleiche Wiederholung ruft eine identitäre Konformität hervor. La dependencia actuará en el intersticio de la relación realidad interna / realidad externa. Los procedimientos utilizados van a generar una depedencia por el abandono de los procesos neuróticos. La repetición idéntica recrea conformidad identitaria. La dipendenza si svolge nell’interstizio del rapporto fra realtà interna / realtà esterna. Le procedure utilizzate genereranno una dipendenza per abbandono dei processi nevrotici. La ripetizione all’identico ricrea una conferma identitaria.
