L’analyste actant : une réponse aux agirs psychopathiques ?

Après avoir rappelé les différentes conceptions qui ont abouti à la notion de personnalité à expression psychopathique, l’auteur, à partir de sa clinique, s’emploie à montrer l’importance pour l’analyste qui se risque à accompagner ses patients de poser des actes de parole et des actions. L’ “ interprétation vicariante ” serait alors le vecteur de l’efficacité thérapeutique.Mots-clés : Passage à l’acte, Psychopathie, Mélancolie, Interprétation, Acte. The author begins by recalling the different conceptions that result in the notion of psychopathic personality, and then, on the basis of his clinical practice, attempts to show the importance for analysts taking on work with such patients of speech acts and actions. “ Substitutive interpretation ” becomes the vector of therapeutic efficiency.Keywords : Passage to the act, Psychopathy, Melancholy, Interpretation. Nachdem der Autor die verschiedenen Konzeptionen erwähnt hat, welche zum Begriff der Persönlichkeit, mit psychopathischem Audruck geführt haben, versucht der Autor, von seiner Klinik ausgehend, die Wichtigkeit aufzuzeigen für den Analytiker, der das Risiko einnimmt, seine Patienten zu begleiten, Wortakte und Aktionen aufzustellen. Die “ vikarierende Deutung ” wäre somit der Vektor des therapeutischen.Schlagwörter : Handeln, Psychopathie, Melancholie, Deutung. Luego de pasar revista a las diferentes concepciones que han desembocado en la concepción de personalidad de expresión psicopá tica, el autor, a partir de su clínica, hace hincapié en la importancia que tiene para el analista que acompaña a los pacientes el exponer actos de palabra y de acciones. La interpretación substitutiva constituye entonces una herramienta de primer orden para la eficacia terapéutica.Palabras claves : Pasaje al acto, Psicopatía, Melancolía, Interpretación. L’autore dopo aver ricordato le varie concezioni che hanno condotto alla nozione di personalità ad espressione psicopatica, partendo dalla sua clinica cerca di mostrare l’importanza per lo psicoanalista che accompagna questi pazienti di porre atti verbali ed azioni.
