La pédophilie, figure de la dépression primaire

Après avoir rappelé que la pédophilie est actuellement considérée en psychanalyse comme un trouble majeur du narcissisme, cet article présente les difficultés de mise en place du fondement narcissique identitaire chez les pédophiles et montre qu’elles sont le produit de défauts de transmission inter-générationnelle qui altèrent la contenance psychique et certaines fonctions de la représentance. L’acte pédophile peut ainsi être posé comme la figuration négative et la défense absolue contre la situation fondatrice de l’identité humaine nommée, par Jean Laplanche, “ situation anthropologique fondamentale ”. Se trouve ainsi posée la question de la place d’une dépression primaire et donc de la problématique maternelle dominant l’organisation de ces personnalités.Mots-clés : Pédophilie, Violence sexuelle, Situation anthropologique fondamentale, Dépression primaire, Déni, Clivage, Acte. This article begins by reminding us that paedophilia is currently considered, in psychoanalysis, to constitute a serious narcissistic problem, and then explains the difficulty of setting up the narcissistic foundations of identity in paedophiles, showing that it results from a lack of intergenerational transmission that alters psychic capacity and certain functions of representation. The paedophilic act can thus be considered as a negative representation and absolute defence against the founding situation of human identity that Jean Laplanche calls “ the fundamental anthropological situation ”. The question of primary depression is thus posed and consequently that of the maternal relation governing the organisation of such personalities.Keywords : Paedophilia, Sexual violence, Fundamental anthropological situation, Primary depression, Denial, Splitting. Nachdem er daran erinnert hat, dass die Pädophilie heute in der Psychoanalyse als eine schwere Störung des Narzissmus betrachtet wird, zeigt dieser Artikel die Schwierigkeiten der Aufstellung der identitären narzisstischen Grundsteine bei den Pädophilen auf und zeigt auch auf, dass diese Schwierigkeiten das Produkt von Fehlern in der intergenerationellen Transmission sind, welche die psychische Haltung und gewisse Funktionen der Repräsentanz stören. Der pädophile Akt kann somit als die negative Darstellung und die absolute Abwehr gegen die Grundsituation der menschlichen Identität betracht werden, welche von Jean Laplanche “ anthropologische Grundsituation ” genannt wurde. Somit stellt sich die Frage einer primären Depression und somit der mütterlichen Problematik, welche die Organisation dieser Persönlichkeiten dominiert.Schlagwörter : Pädophilie, Sexuelle Gewalt, Anthropologische Grundsituation, Primäre Depression, Verleugnung, Spaltung. Ferenczi, cercando d’affrontare e comprendere le impasse con cui si confrontava nella sui trattamenti psicoanalitici, nella sua opera non ha cessato di mettere l’accento sul fatto che la tecnica – ai suoi occhi imdispensabile complemento della teoria – poteva essere modificata ed adattata in funzione delle necessità imposte da certe difficoltà inconstrate nelle cure dei pazienti detti “ difficili ”. Cio’ l’ha portato a proporre nello spazio di quindi anni (1918-1933) una serie di “ innovazioni tecniche ” che riguardano sia la questione dell’agieren che quella dell’atto analitico dell’analista. Vengono studiati e discussi qui i tre momenti essenziali delle sue evoluzioni teorico-tecniche.
