Résumé — L’auteur présente un cas d’analyse où il a d’abord fallu s’occuper du besoin de la patiente de contenir ses proto-émotions (sa sensorialité) avant de pouvoir continuer, de façon plus classique, avec les interprétations dans le transfert et du transfert, le travail sur le déplacement, sur des aspects de l’histoire de l’enfance, etc. Avant la cure, la patiente avait recours à une sorte d’autisme affectif afin de ne pas ressentir des émotions trop fortes risquant de l’écraser ; sa léthargie émotionnelle pendant les séances entraîna au début des sentiments analogues chez l’analyste, rendant tout progrès impossible, et ce jusqu’à ce que soit trouvé un contenant pour ses identifications projectives.Mots-clés : Contre-transfert, Autisme, Léthargisation, Défenses primitives, Interprétations, Rêve, Contenant, Fonction alpha, Bion. Summary — The author presents a case of analysis in which it was first necessary to deal with the patient’s need to contain her proto-emotions (her sensoriality), before being able to continue, in a more classical fashion, with interpretations in and of the transference, with work on displacement, on aspects of childhood history, etc. Before treatment, the patient had recourse to a sort of autistic autism in order not to feel emotions that were too strong and that carried a risk of overwhelming her. Zusammenfassung — Der Autor schlägt einen Analysenfall vor, in welchem es zuerst darum ging, dass die Patientin ihre Proto-emotionen (ihre Sensorialität) behalten konnte, bevor man auf eine klassischere Art weitergehen konnte, mit den Deutungen in der Übertragung und die Arbeit über die Verschiebung, über Aspekte der Kindheit usw. Vor der Kur, benützte die Patientin eine Art von affektivem Autismus, im nicht zu starke Emotionen zu spüren, welche riskierten, sie zu erdrücken ; ihre emotionelle Lethargie während den Sitzungen löste am Anfang analoge Gefühle beim Analytiker aus und verhinderte jeglichen Fortschritt, bis ein Behälter für ihre projektiven Identifizierungen gefunden werden konnte.Schlagwörter : Gegenübertragung, Autismus, Lethargisierung, Primitive Abwehrmechanismen, Deutungen, Traum, Behälter, Alpha-Funktion, Bion. Resumen — El autor presenta un caso de aná lisis, en el cual ante todo fue menester consagrarse a la necesidad de la paciente por contener sus proto-emociones (su sensorialidad), antes de poder seguir, de manera má s clá sica, con las interpretaciones en la transferencia y de la transferencia, el trabajo sobre el desplazamiento, sobre aspectos de la historia de su infancia, etc. Antes de la cura, la paciente recurría a una especie de autismo afectivo a fin de no sufrir emociones demasiado fuertes que pudieran aniquilarla, su letargo emocional durante las sesiones conllevaba al principio sentimientos aná logos en el analista, bloqueando todo progreso, hasta el momento de encontrar un continente para sus identificaciones proyectivas.Palabras claves : Contratransferencia, Autismo, Letargización, Defensas primitivas, Interpretaciones, Sueño, Continente, Función alfa, Bion. Riassunto — L’autore presenta un caso d’analisi in cui dapprima si è dovuto occupare del bisogno della paziente di contenere le proto-emozioni (la sua sensorialità) prima di poter continuare, in modo più classico con interpretazioni nel e di transfert, il lavoro di spostamento sugli aspetti della storia infantile, ecc. La paziente prima della cura, per non risentire emozioni troppo forti che rischiavano di schiacciarla averva una specie di autismo affettivo.
