Résumé — Exigence d’un travail de resignification imposé au psychisme en fonction de son lien à la pulsion et à l’objet, l’après-coup intéresse dans son procès tout autant les contenus représentatifs et les chaînes associatives que ce qui encadre l’espace représentatif. L’auteur aborde à partir de ce vertex la question du lien entre l’après-coup, l’organisation topique et la symbolisation à partir d’un fragment de la cure d’une patiente traversant un moment de désorganisation/réorganisation.Mots-clés : Après-coup, Désorganisation, Représentation limite, Symbolisation, Topique. Summary — In so far as it imposes on the psyche the work of resignification, based on its link with the drive and the object, retroaction, in the nature of its process, concerns not only representative content and associative chains but also the frame for representative space. This vertex enables the author to consider the question of the link between retroaction, topical organisation and symbolisation with reference to a fragment of the treatment of a woman patient going through a moment of disorganisation/reorganisation.Keywords : Retroaction, Disorganisation, Borderline representation, Symbolisation, Topical. Zusammenfassung — Als Forderung einer Arbeit von Neubedeutung, der Psyche vorgeschrieben, aufgrund ihrer Bindung mit dem Trieb und dem Objekt, interessiert die Nachträglichkeit in ihrem Prozess sowohl die Vorstellungsinhalte und die assoziativen Ketten als auch das, was den Vorstellungsraum eingrenzt. Der Autor geht, von diesem Vertex ausgehend, die Frage der Bindung zwischen der Nachträglichkeit, der topischen Organisation und der Symbolisierung an, anhand eines Fragmentes der Kur einer Patientin, welche einen Moment von Desorganisierung/Reorganisierung durchquert.Schlagwörter : Nachträglichkeit, Desorganisierung, Grenzvorstellung, Symbolisierung, Topik. Resumen — Exigencia de un trabajo de resignificación impuesto al psiquismo en función de su lazo con la pulsión y con el objeto, la posterioridad es proceso que concierne tanto a los contenidos representativos y a los circuitos asociativos como a lo enmarcado en el espacio representativo.
A partir de estos pará metros el autor analiza el tema del vínculo entre la posterioridad, la organización tópica y la simbolización siguiendo un fragmento de la cura de una paciente que está atravesando un momento de desorganización/reorganización.Palabras claves : Posterioridad, Desorganización, Representación límite, Simbolización, Tópica.
