Le sujet psychique s’origine en constituant, brutalement et douloureusement, un objet double et contradictoire, fait d’un objet et d’un non-objet (la mère et la non-mère) ; cette naissance du moi se fait dans un mouvement pulsionnel vers l’objet, mouvement traumatique et structurant, à l’occasion duquel s’organisent le désir et le rejet, le rapport au manque de plaisir et la haine, les fantasmes originaires et les premières identifications. The psychotic subject is constituted brutally and painfully, via the creation of a dual and contradictory object, made up of an object and a non-object (the mother and the non-mother). This birth of the ego thus arises in the context of a drive movement towards the object. This movement is both traumatic and structuring, organising as it does desire and rejection, the relation to lack of pleasure and hate, original phantasies and primary identifications. Das psychische Subjekt, indem es, brutal und schmerzhaft, ein doppeltes und widersprüchliches Objekt aufbaut, bestehend aus einem Objekt und einem Nicht-objekt (die Mutter und die Nicht-Mutter) ; diese Geburt des Ich findet in einer Triebbewegung statt in Richtung des Objekts, Bewegung sowohl traumatisch als auch strukturierend. Dabei organisieren sich der Wunsch und die Verwerfung, die Beziehung zum Fehlen der Lust und der Hass, die Urphantasien und die ersten Identifizierungen.
