Avec certains patients, notamment ceux dits limites, l’écoute exclusivement neutre et interprétative ne convient pas toujours. Il faut parfois lui substituer, dans un mouvement d’empathie, une écoute créative, celle qui permet à l’analyste, à partir des dires du patient, de se livrer à ses propres associations contre-transférentielles. Il décidera de les formuler ou pas, mais elles lui seront précieuses pour comprendre le dialogue intérieur que son patient suscite en lui.Mots-clés : Empathie, Compréhension mutuelle, Métaphore, Écoute créative, Tact, Sensibilité. In the case of certain patients, especially so-called borderline patients, an exclusively neutral and interpretative mode of listening is not always appropriate. It is sometimes necessary to substitute a form of creative listening on an empathic mode that allows the analyst to indulge in his own counter-transferential associations on the basis of what the patient says. He can then decide whether or not, to formalise the latter but they will in any case be of immense value in helping him to understand the inner dialogue that is prompted in himself by the patient.Keywords : Empathy, Mutual understanding, Metaphor, Creative listening, Tact, Sensitivity. Mit gewissen Patienten, vor allem die, welche man Grenzfälle nennt, ist das rein neutrale Zuhören und die Deutung nicht immer am Platz. Man muss, in einer Empathiebewegung, ein schöpferisches Zuhören anwenden, welches dem Analytiker erlaubt, von den Worten des Patienten ausgehend, seinen eigenen Gegenübertragungsssoziationen zu folgen. Er entscheidet, ob er sie fomulieren will, aber sie helfen ihm, den inneren Dialog zu verstehen, welcher sein Patient in ihm auslöst.Schlagwörter : Empathie, Gegenseitiges Verständnis, Metapher, Schöpferisches Zuhören, Takt, Sensibilität. Con algunos pacientes, especialmente con los llamados límites, la escucha neutra e interpretativa no resulta siempre apropiada. A veces es necesario sustituirla, en un movimiento de empatía, por una escucha creativa, la que permita al analista, a partir de lo que dice el paciente tomar en cuenta sus asociaciones contratransferenciales. A él le compete formularlas o no, pero le serán muy útiles para comprender el diálogo interior que el paciente le suscita.Palabras claves : Empatía, Comprensión mutua, Metáfora, Escucha creativa, Tacto, Sensibilidad. Con certi pazienti, in particolare i pazienti cosiddetti limite, l’ascolto esclusivamente neutro e interpretativo non è sempre il più adatto. A volte occorre sostituirlo, in un moto di empatia, con un ascolto creativo, quello che permette all’analista, a partire dalle parole del paziente, di lasciarsi andare alle proprie associazioni contro-trasferali.
