Résumé — L’auteur soutient l’intérêt théorique comme clinique qu’il y a à prendre en compte les potentialités, mais aussi les limites du langage dans ses capacités de transformation de l’excitation non seulement corporelle, mais aussi somatique. Il considère quelques modalités d’échec de cette transformation, en particulier les modalités d’hallucinatoire traumatique et l’échec de la nidation de la psyché dans le corps (Winnicott).Mots-clés : Langage et soma, Hallucinatoire et trauma, Psyché-soma. Summary — The author underlines the both theoretical and clinical interest that should be accorded to the potential offered by but also the limits of language in its capacity to transform both bodily and somatic excitation. He then considers a number of modes of failure of this transformation, in particular that of traumatic hallucination and that of unsuccessful nesting of the psyche in the body (Winnicott).Keywords : Language and soma, Hallucination and trauma, Psyche-soma. Zusammenfassung — Der Autor interessiert sich für die theoretische wie klinische Erforschung der potentiellen Möglichkeiten, aber auch der Grenzen der Sprache in punkto ihrer Fähigkeit, nicht nur die körperliche, sondern auch die somatische Erregung umzuwandeln. Er diskutiert einige Modalitäten, die für das Scheitern dieser Transformation veranwortlich sind, insbesondere die Modalitäten des traumatischen Halluzinatorischen und das Scheitern einer Einnistung der Psyche im Körper (Winnicott).Schlagwörter : Sprache und Soma, Das Trauma und das Halluzinatorische, Psyche-Soma. Resumen — El autor resalta el interés tanto teórico como clínico de tener en cuenta las potencialidades y también los límites del lenguaje en su capacidad transformadora de la excitación no sólo corporal, sino también somática. Considera algunas modalidades del fracaso de dicha transformación, particularmente las modalidades alucinatoria traumática y el fracaso de la nidación en el cuerpo (Winnicott).Palabras claves : Lenguaje y soma, Alucinatoria y trauma, Psiquis-soma. Riassunto — L’autore sottolinea l’interesse tanto teorico quanto clinico del prendere in considerazione le potenzialità, ma anche i limiti del linguaggio nelle sue capacità di trasformazione dell’eccitazione non solo corporea ma anche somatica. Egli esplora alcune modalità del fallimento di tale trasformazione, in particolare quelle dell’allucinatorio traumatico e il fallimento della nidificazione della psiche nel corpo (Winnicott).Parole chiave : Linguaggio e soma, Allucinatorio e trauma, Psiche-soma.
