Quel que soit le mode de développement pulsionnel, de nombreux exemples cliniques permettent de montrer qu’il existe un potentiel hallucinatoire toujours là, inclus dans le « ça», remobilisable et réorganisable, tant par la cure type que le face-à-face. Cet hallucinatoire s’organise sur le modèle général de « l’enveloppe visuelle du moi» : retournement pulsionnel réflexif, fonction écran, réduction de l’hallucinatoire à un quantum, relation « contenant-contenu» entre l’hallucinatoire négatif et positif. L’hallucinatoire, bien psychisé, est un facteur essentiel de la mentalisation.Mots-clés : , Potentiel hallucinatoire, Quantum hallucinatoire, Organisation de l’hallucinatoire positif et négatif, Enveloppe visuelle du moi. However the drives may develop, numerous clinical examples show that there always exists a hallucinatory potential, included in the “id” which can be remobilized and reorganized as much by classical analysis as by face-to-face psychotherapy. This hallucinatory potential is organized according to the general model of the “visual envelope of the ego”, a reflexive return of the drive, screen function, reduction of the hallucinatory potential to a quantum, the “container-contained” relationship, between the negative and positive hallucinatory potential. Welcher Triebmodus auch immer, zahlreiche klinische Beispiele zeigen, dass ein halluzinatorisches Potential immer da ist, inbegriffen im « Es», wieder zu mobiliseren und zu organisieren, sowohl in der Kur, als auch in der Therapie im Gegenüber. Dieses Halluzinatorische organisiert sich durch das generelle Modell der « visuellen Umhüllung des Ichs» : reflexive Triebumwendung, Schirmfunktion, Reduzierung des Halluzinatorischen zu einem Quantum, Beziehung « umschliessend-umschlossensein» zwischen dem negativen und positiven Halluzinatorischen. Cualquiera que sea la forma del desarrollo pulsional, muchos ejemplos clínicos nos muestran que existe un potencial alucinatorio que siempre està ahí, incluso en el « ello», remobilizable y reorganizable, tanto por la cura tipo como por la psicoterapia. Este alucinatorio se organiza sobre el modelo general de la « envoltura visual del yo» : retorno pulsional reflexivo, función pantalla, reducción de lo alucinatorio a un quantum, relación « continente-contenido» entre lo alucinatorio negativo y positivo.
