À partir d’une situation clinique pervertie par un mouvement contre-transfé-rentiel, ce texte propose d’explorer la déroute identificatoire de l’analyste confronté au désordre psychosomatique du patient, les ressorts intrapsychiques et intersubjectifs de cette déroute et, de là, les tenants du réaménagement psychosomatique chez le patient.Mots-clés : Psychosoma, Contre-transfert, Identifications. Based on a clinical situation which was perverted by a counter-transferential movement, this paper proposes to explore the identificatory quandary of the analyst confronted with a psychosomatic disorder in the patient, the intrapsychic and intersubjective workings of this quandary, and from there, the characteristics of the psychosomatic reorganization in the patient.Keywords : Psychosoma, Counter-transference, Identifications. Ausgehend von einer klinischen Situation, die von einer Gegenübertragung pervetiert wird, will dieser Beitrag die identifikatorischen Abwege des Analytikers nachgehen, der mit der psychosomatischen Unordnung des Patienten konfrontiert wird, mit den innerpsychischen und intersubjektiven Ausläufern dieses Abweges und von dort aus mit den psychosomatischen Neubildungen beim Patienten.Schlagwörter : Psychosoma, Gegenübertragung, Identifizierungen. A partir de una situación clínica pervertida por un movimiento contratransferencial, este texto propone la exploración de la pérdida identificatoria del psicoanalísta frente al desorden psicosomático del paciente, las posibilidades intrapsíquica e intrasubjetiva de esta pérdida y, de ahí, las bases del cambio psicosomático del paciente.Palabras claves : Psicosóma, Contratransferencia, Identificationes.
