Au cours d’une cure par le psychodrame, toutes les propositions des psychanalystes sont négativement hallucinées jusqu’à ce que survienne un jour une somatisation bénigne mais visible. Restituée à la patiente, cette perception va fonctionner là comme une hallucination positive. La patiente cesse d’avoir recours au clivage qui était soutenu par des traits de caractère type « visibilité antihystérique». Un mouvement d’intégration et d’élaboration de la position dépressive est alors rendu possible.Mots-clés : Clivage, Somatisation, Position dépressive, Caractère. In the course of a cure using the psychodrama, all of the propositions coming from the psychoanalysts were negatively hallucinated until a benign but visible somatization occurred one day. When this perception was communicated to the patient, it functioned as a positive hallucination. The patient ceased using splitting as a defense which had been supported by character traits of the “anti-hysterical” visibility type. A movement of integration and a working-through of the depressive position were then made possible.Keywords : Splitting, Somatization, Depressive position, Character. Im Verlauf einer psychdramatischen Kur werden alle Vorschläge des Analytikers negativ halluziniert, bis zu dem Zeitpunkt, da eine ungefährliche, aber sichtbare Somatisierung auftritt. Von der Patientin dargestellt, wird diese Wahrnehmung die Funktion einer positiven Halluzinierung einnehmen. Die Patientin flüchtet nicht mehr in der Spaltung, die genährt war von einem Charaktertypus « antihysterischer». Eine Integrations- und Verarbeitungsbewegung der depressiven Stellung wird ermöglicht.Schlagwörter : Spaltung, Somatisierung, Depressive Stellung, Charakter. Durante una cura de psicodrama todas las propuestas de los psicoanalistas son sistemáticamente alucinadas negativamente, hasta que un dia la paciente somatiza de forma benigna pero evidente, al restituirla a la paciente, esta percepción va a funcionar como una alucinación positiva. La paciente deja de recurrir a la escisión que se mantenía por rasgos de tipo « visibiliad antihistérica».
