À partir de l’évolution de la grossesse chez une patiente atteinte d’une maladie intestinale, l’auteur examine le cheminement de l’identification primaire sous forme d’incorporation orale ou totémique et le déploiement des pulsions sadiques-orales et anales dans un processus d’intériorisation-introjection de l’objet du ventre mais aussi l’objet du transfert, tous deux aux frontières de l’externe et l’interne.Mots-clés : Grossesse, Identification primaire, Oralité, Analité, Introjection, Transfert. The author examines the evolution of a pregnancy in a patient suffering from an intestinal illness. Am Beispiel der Entwicklung der Schwangerschaft bei einer Patientin, die an einer Darmkrankheit leidet, untersucht die Autorin das Schicksal der primären Identifizierung als oraler oder totemistischer Einverleibung und die Entfaltung der sadistischoralen und–analen Triebe in einem Prozess der Verinnerlichung-Introjektion des Leib-Objekts sowie des Übertragungsobjekts – wobei beide sich an der Grenze des Äußeren und des Inneren befinden.Schlagwörter : Schwangerschaft, Primäre Identifizierung, Das Orale, Das Anale, Intro- jektion, Übertragung.
