Une topologie de la sensualité : le Moi-peau

Didier Anzieu a créé le concept de Moi-peau qui est une structure topographique à double enveloppe permettant et constituant le fonctionnement psychique de l’enfant qui acquiert alors un moi corporel. La pulsion d’attachement compose l’investissement psychique du Moi-peau. Certaines insuffisances parmi les huit fonctions du Moipeau décrites par cet auteur conduisent à des altérations psychosomatiques. Didier Anzieu introduced the concept of the skin-ego which is a topographical structure with a double envelope permitting and constituting psychical functioning in the child, who then acquires a body-ego. The drive for attachment comprises the psychical cathexis of the skin-ego. Certain insufficiencies among the eight functions of the skin-ego described by this author lead to psychosomatic alternatives.Keywords : Skin-ego, Psychical envelope, Drive for attachment, Sensation. Didier Anzieu hat das Konzept des Haut-Ich geschaffen : es handelt sich um eine doppelschichtige topographische Struktur, die das psychische Funktionieren des Kindes, welches sich damit ein körperliches Ich aneignet, erlaubt und konstituiert. Der Anhänglichkeitstrieb bildet den psychischen Einsatz des Haut-Ichs. Bestimmte, von diesem Autor beschriebene Insuffizienzen im Haut-Ich führen zu psycho-somatischen Veränderungen. Didier Anzieu ha creado el concepto de Yo-piel que es una estructura topográfica de doble envoltura permitiendo y constituyendo el funcionamiento psíquico del niño que adquiere así un yo corporal. La pulsión de « attachement » compone la catexis psíquica del Yo-piel. Ciertas insuficiencias entre las ocho funciones del Yo-piel descritas por este autor conducen a alteraciones psicosomáticas.Palabras claves : Yo-piel, Envoltura psíquica, Sensación.
