La pensée psychanalytique de M. Fain, selon l’auteur, est fondatrice en psychosomatique de l’enfant : dans l’insomnie précoce du nourrisson entre en action la pulsion de mort jusqu’à épuisement de l’excitation. À l’impossibilité de vivre la satisfaction passive et la satisfaction hallucinatoire, faute de structuration du double retournement, le moi prématuré oppose la décharge comportementale avec retour au calme. Selon l’auteur, Winnicott, avec le faux-self, attache la même importance aux organisations prématurées du moi. SUMMARY — The author feels that the psychoanalytical thought of Michel Fain is fundamental in studying psychosomatics in the child : in early insomnia as seen in the infant, the death drive comes into action until the excitation is extinguished. Faced with the impossibility of experiencing passive and hallucinatory satisfaction due to an insufficient structuring of the double return, the premature ego opposes the behavioral discharge, going back to a calm state. ZUSAMMENFASSUNG — Der Autor ist der Auffassung, dass das psychoanalytische Denken von Herrn Fain in der Psychosomatik des Kindes grundlegend ist: In der frühkindlichen Schlaflosigkeit spielt der Todestrieb bis zur vollkommenen Ausschöpfung der Erregung eine Rolle. Der Unmöglichkeit zu leben, der passiven und der halluzinatorischen Befriedigung (mangels einer Strukturierung der doppelten Wendung) setzt das frühreife Ich die Verhaltens-Entladung mit der Rückkehr zur Ruhe entgegen. Nach Ansicht des Autors misst Winnicott mit dem « falschen Selbst » der frühreifen Organisation des Ich die gleiche Bedeutung bei.Schlagwörter : Erregung, Todestrieb, Erregungsschutz, Frühkindliche Schlaflosigkeit, Frühentwicklung des Egos, Doppelte Wendung, Zensur der Geliebten, Regression in die Abhängigkeit. Fain es fundador en psicosomática del niño: en el insomnio precoz del niño entra en acción la pulsión de muerte hasta el agotamiento de la excitación. A la imposibilidad de vivir la satisfacción pasiva y la satisfacción alucinatoria, a falta de estructuración del doble vuelco, el yo prematuro opone la descarga comportamentale con retorno al calmo.
