Ce texte reprend la problématique de l’excitation en soulignant ses différents effets et en décrivant les procèdes défensifs utilisés par le moi tourmenté. L’auteur soutient la thèse que pour certains patients c’est la combinatoire stimulation/mobilisation psychique qui est porteuse d’un potentiel traumatisant. Cette combinatoire constitue le couplage responsable des particularités de certaines trajectoires qui négativent les mouvements progrédients chez les patients. Mots-clés : Excitation, Évitements, Usure, Anéantissements, Transformations, Remaniements. SUMMARY — This text goes over the problematic of excitation by emphasizing its different effects and by describing the defensive processes which the tourmented Ego uses. The author supports the thesis that for certain patients it is the combination of stimulation/psychic mobilisation which is the carrier of a traumatizing potential. This combination constitutes the coupling responsable for the particulairities of certain trajectories which negativate the progredient movements in patients.Keywords : Excitation, Avoidances, Wearing out, Annihilations, Transformations, Reorganisations. ZUSAMMENFASSUNG — Dieser Text spricht die Problematik der Erregung an, in dem er ihre verschiedenen Auswirkungen unterstreicht und die Verteidigungsmechanismen des leidenden Ich beschreibt. Die Autorin verficht die These, für bestimmte Patienten berge die Kombination von Stimulierung und psychischer Mobilisierung ein traumatisierendes Potential. Diese Kombination konstituiert die Verbindung, die für die Besonderheiten gewisser, progrediente Zunahmen negativ beeinflussender Bewegungen bei den Patienten verantwortlich sei.Schlagwörter : Erregung, Vermeidung, Verschlei, Niedergeschlagenheit, Veränderungen, Umstellungen. RESUMEN — Este texto estudia la problemática de la excitación subrayando sus diferentes efectos y describiendo los procesos defensivos usados por el yo atormentado. La autora sostiene que por algunos pacientes la combinación estimulación/ movilización psíquica lleva un potencial traumatizante. Esa combinación constituye el acoplamiento responsable de las particularidades de algunas trayectorias que negativan los movimientos progredientes de los pacientes.Palabras claves : Excitación, Ahorramientos, Desgaste, Aniquilación, Transformaciones, Remodelaciones.
