Notre monde interne, représentation fantasmatique du monde extérieur, semble naître comme un fœtus, dans le ventre, pour évoluer, migrer vers la tête. Ce processus de maturation s’exprime dans les jeux de nos petits patients qui nous révèlent des images angoissantes, troublantes, incohérentes, mais aussi, chaleureuses, drôles, touchantes. Ces scénarios tapissent notre inconscient. À travers deux cures nous verrons les processus mis en œuvre pour construire notre vie intérieure: les processus normaux lorsque la fonction maternelle a pu être structurante et la mise en place d’une distorsion, ou néo-sexualité, lorsque l’enfant a du se défendre contre l’angoisse de morcellement. Mots-clés : introjection, œdipe primitif, irreprésentable, néosexualité. Our internal world, phantasmic representation of the outside world, seems to be born as a fetus, in the womb, to evolve and migrate toward our head. This maturation process is expressed in the games of our small patients, revealing pictures which might be distressing, troubling, incoherent, but also warm, funny, and touching. These scenarios cover our unconscious. Through two treatments, we will see which processes are used to build our internal life: normal processes when the maternal function was able to bring structure, and the insertion of a distortion, or neo-sexuality, when the child had to defend him/herself against the anguish of breaking apart (being broken apart).Keywords : introjection, primitive Œdipus, unrepresentable, neo-sexuality.
