Après avoir rappelé les hypothèses du programme de recherche " PILE " (Programme international pour le langage de l’enfant) sur les concepts d’attention, de mantèlement/démantèlement et de segmentation, l’auteur envisage ensuite la question du vécu de l’objet en extériorité, question dont les deux approches, psychodynamique et cognitive, apparaissent aujourd’hui comme très convergentes, complémentaires et compatibles (via la prise en compte du processus de comodalisation des différents flux sensoriels émanant de l’objet). À partir de là, une hypothèse est alors présentée selon laquelle les stéréotypies autistiques pourraient avoir valeur, simultanément, de recherche et d’évitement de l’objet, en se situant ainsi à l’interface d’un mouvement de reprise développementale ou d’un processus de dévitalisation. After recalling the hypotheses of the research program " PILE " (International Program for Language of the Child) concerning the concepts of attention, of mantelment/dismantelment and of segmentation, the author next considers the question of experiencing the object in its exteriority, a question about which both the psychodynamic and cognitive approaches seem to be very convergent, complementary and compatible (as they take into account the process of co-modalisation of the different sensorial fluxes emanating from the object). From this base, a hypothesis is presented according to which autistic stereotyped movements could serve both to search for and to avoid the object by situating themselves at the interface of a developmental re-engagement or of a process of devitalization. A PROPÓSITO DE LAS ESTEREOTIPIAS DE LOS NIÑOS AUTISTAS. ENTRE EXPLORACIÓN Y MANERA DE EVITAR AL OBJETO, O ENTRE RE-INICIO DEL DESARROLLO Y DES-VITALIZACIÓN
Después de recordar las hipótesis de la investigación " PILE " (Programa Internacional para el Lenguaje del niño) sobre los conceptos de atención, construcción/de-construccion y segmentación, el autor contempla la cuestión de la vivencia del objeto exterior bajo dos enfoques psicodinmico y cognoscitivo, que aparecen como muy convergentes, complementarios y compatibles (teniendo en cuenta el proceso de co-modelización de los distintos flujos sensoriales que emanan del objeto). A partir de ahí, el autor presenta la hipótesis siguiente : las estereotipias autistas podrían tener un valor simultneo de investigación y una manera de evitar el objeto, situndose así entre las dos caras de un movimiento de re-inicio del desarrollo o de un proceso de des-vitalización.
