Europe has not yet gone through its process of internal decolonization.The project of European Constitution missed a historical o p p o rtunity to abolish the regime of apartheid which will continue to haunt its inner space and its borders in the decades ahead of us, leading to a multiplication of discriminations, harassments, oppressions, and camps. The less the European Union will be federally integrated, the more its migration policies will be characterized by repressive absurdities. The networks of European activists will sooner or later lead us to consider migrants as the people crucially missing from the concert of European nations.
