If the worker of the link has a solid identity, he will be able to build and to define his function and his responsibilities when he has to deal with the service user. That is one of the necessary conditions for the construction of a social position for the user. This construction is all the more important that it will give rise to self-esteem. Through this process that we will struggle effectively against the extreme-right. Keywords : need of security, limits, frame, link, identity.
