La formation en psychothérapie cognitivo-comportementale

Dans cet article nous considérons la formation à la psychothérapie cognitivo-comportementale sous l’angle du développement considérable qu’elle a connu ces trente dernières années. Les principales données publiées dans le domaine de la formation en psychothérapie cognitivo-comportementale indiquent que l’amélioration des programmes de formation nécessite : une définition claire des pré-requis des participants, une adéquation du contenu aux développements récents et leur évaluation. La situation de la formation en psychothérapie cognitivo-comportementale est ensuite discutée par rapport aux exigences de formation en Europe et à quelques programmes de formation en Europe et en Suisse.Mots-clés : psychothérapie cognitivo-comportementale, formation, evaluation des programmes de formation. In this article, the training in cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT) will be considered according to the significant development of this approach during the past 30 years. Main data published to date within this field indicate that the improvement of training programs in CBT requires : a clear definition of participant prerequisites, a close matching between the teaching content and latest developments and their evaluation. The current state in CBT training will then be discussed, in relation to education requirements in Europe, as well as in some training programs in Switzerland and throughout European countries.Keywords : cognitive-behavior therapy, education, evaluation of training programs.
