La toxicomanie ou la quête impossible del’objet

Cet article propose d’étudier la fonction de l’objet drogue dans la dynamique et l’économie psychique du toxicomane. Il sera d’abord question de comprendre les défaillances de l’objet interne liées à une introjection insuffisante, leurs rapports avec l’élaboration de l’aire tran~sitionnelle qui n’a pu se constituer de façon satisfaisante chez le toxico~mane. Nous ferons alors appel à la notion d’objet référent telle qu’elle apparaît dans les moments où émerge la crainte de l’effondrement face à une défaillance soudaine de l’organisation défensive. Cette notion d’objet référent nous apparaît pouvoir s’appliquer à la drogue, en tant qu’objet concret, dans son rapport avec le psychisme du toxicomane.Mots-clés : Toxicomanie, Relation d’objet, Objet transitionnel. The aim of this article is to study the role of drug as an object in the drug addict’s psychical dynamics and economics. To start with we will try and understand the defects of the inner object limited with insutticient introjection, their relations with the construction of the tansitional space which wasn’t achiered in a sufficien way with the drug addict. Therefore we shall mention the notion of «referring object» as it appears with the emergence of the fear of collapse when confronted with a sudden defect of the defensive organisation. To us, that notion of «referring object » can appey to drug, as a concrete object, in its relation with the drug addict’s psychism.
