Du tact chez Ferenczi à la résonance chez Nicolas Abraham

L’histoire du travail psychanalytique clinique est encore une histoire souterraine dans la mesure où la plupart des analystes sont éminemment discrets sur leur manière effective de travailler. Ferenczi a été le pionnier dans ce domaine. Le problème du tact en analyse apparaît dans son œuvre en 1927. Il parle de tact psychologique défini comme la faculté de « sentir avec» (il utilise le mot « Einfühlung » en allemand) mais il précise qu’il ne s’agit pas de mettre l’accent uniquement sur le facteur subjectif, mais simultanément sur « l’appréciation consciente de la situation dynamique ». Son élève Balint a repris la question du tact. Plus tard, Nicolas Abraham a proposé une conception psychanalytique du symbole dont la signification ne peut se dégager que par la mise en résonance de la structure imagoïque de l’analyste avec celle de l’analysé. Celle-ci se réalise quand les contenus conscients reçus à l’écoute induisent en nous de par leur particularité un mouvement complémentaire de notre inconscient, repris au niveau préconscient et conscient dans la mesure où l’analyste est celui qui a acquis et conserve le meilleur contact possible avec l’Enfant en lui.Mots-clés : Mesure, Écho, Élasticité, Tolérance, Trauma, Ocnophilie, Philobatis- me, Symbole, Crypte, Fantôme. The history of clinical psychoanalytical practice is still very much occulted in so far as most analysts are extremely unforthcoming about how they actually work. Ferenczi was something of a pioneer in this domain. The problem of tact in analysis apperaed in his 1927 work. He speaks of psychological tact and defines it as the faculty of ‘feeling with’(he uses the German ‘Einfühlung’or empathy), but underlines the importance of not laying too much stress on the subjctive factor of this notion but also and equally on the ‘conscious appreciation of the dynamics of the situation.’His disciple Balint continued to work on this notion. Later, Nicolas Abraham put forward a psyhoanalytical conception of the symbol, the meaning of which can only be seen by setting up a resonance with the imagoic structure of the analyst with that of the patient. This happens when the conscious content received by listening to the patient awakens in us, through the specificity of this content, a complementary movement in our unconscious which can be developed in the preconscious and the conscious mind if the analyst has obtained and conserved the best possible contact with the Child that is within him/her.Keywords : Measdure, Echo, Elasticicity, Tolerance, Traum, Oenophilia, Philobatism, Symbol, Crypt, Phantom.
