Quelques patients sont en impasse dans leur vie au moment de devenir adultes. Ils présentent une difficulté à accéder à une représentation de l’absence et du manque qui se ressent dans la relation analytique dans une difficulté particulière à réamorcer de réels mouvements d’échange, et à restaurer la capacité de jouer avant que puisse se rejouer ce qui n’a pas pu l’être en temps voulu. Tenir dans sa pensée à la fois la métapsychologie et le jeu, peut aussi permettre à l’analyste de se ressaisir de l’argent comme monnaie d’échange, dans un jeu possible à deux : le jeu amenant l’analysant à pouvoir se représenter l’absence et le manque, avant de parvenir à reconnaître sa dette et son sens.Mots-clés : Représentation, Capacité de préoccupation maternelle primaire, Jeu, Réalité extérieure, Deuil à la génération précédente, Identification. Some patients reach what seems to them to be a dead end in their lives as they reach the threshold of adulthood. They prove unable to form a representation of absence and loss and this becomes clear in the analytical relationship through the acute difficulty they have setting off real exchange patterns and in recovering the skill of being able to play, necessary for them to be able to replay what was not played out in time and at the right moment. If the analyst can keep in mind simultaneously both metapsychology and the notion of play, then he/she may be able to use money as a form of exchange, in a game that can have two players – the game that follows allows the analyst to represent in his/her own mind the absence and loss felt by the subject, and then go on to discover the debt and the meaning of the debt that lies behind this.Keywords : Representation, Capacity of primary maternal preoccupation, Game/Play, Exterior reality, Mourning the previous generation, Identification.
