Désidentification et résurgence de l’objet « fou »

Dans le cas où un processus de « désidentification des identifications pathologiques» pourrait être activé par le travail psychanalytique, on peut assister à une sorte de re-présentification, dans la cure, de la constellation relationnelle psychotisante. L’objet intériorisé est réactivé et il se manifeste dans le transfert psychotique, comme une nécessité du patient à mimer la figure parentale à l’origine d’une telle identification. On est, dans ce cas, dans une situation à la fois nouvelle et analogue à celle du passé, susceptible toutefois de contenir ce qu’il reste du traumatisme originaire et d’en permettre une reprise traductrice.Mots-clés : Objet fou, Désidentification, Transfert psychotique, Trian- gulation. In cases in which a process of ‘dis-identification of pathological identifications’ could be activated by psychoanalytical work, we can observe a kind of re-presentifying during the cure of the relational ties around the psychotic patient. The interiorised object is reactivated and this becomes evident in psychotic transference, as if the patient were almost obliged to mime out the parental figure at the origin of an identification process of this type. We are here again faced with a new situation that is however analogous with the past, but which is still capable of containing the original trauma and of allowing itto be worked through.Keywords : Mad object, Dis-identification, Psychotic transference, Triangulation.
