Aux fondements narcissiques d’une névrose de contrainte : le rêve raconte

La production onirique mise en œuvre par les procédés de l’analyse peut-elle assurer la manifestation d’un événement psychique inaugural, qui serait à la fois purement interne et paradigmatique dans l’histoire du sujet ? S’agirait-il d’un lieu originaire justifiant l’idée que tout le dynamisme clinique repose sur une activité symbolisante spécifique qui sera désignée ici avec la notion de symbolisations vives. S’agirait-il alors d’un fondement, d’une organisation de base ? Inaccessible par la voie de l’interprétation directe, cet événement psychique inaugural serait-il alors compatible avec l’idée d’un narcissisme trophique défini comme étant l’origine dynamique des symbolisations vives ? C’est donc bien la notion de narcissisme qui sera redéployée à propos de ce cas clinique illustrant l’idée de résurgence archaïque. Mais en contrepoint de cette hypothèse, y aurait-il une relation d’équivalence avec un objet mythique comparable au mythe du sujet ? Qu’il s’agisse alors d’un événement en deçà de cet objet mythique, il reste que le principe d’une fonction symbolisante, fondée sur une relation originaire à l’énigme, viendrait donner sens aux arguments justifiant cet événement purement interne ainsi qu’à la notion de résurgence. Autrement dit, l’origine hypothétique de la notion de résurgence archaïque pourrait-elle se justifier d’une fonction symbolisante mise en œuvre par le dynamisme d’une relation originaire à l’énigme qui garantit aussi l’idée d’un narcissisme trophique. Telle serait la question. Et dans ces perspectives le projet de ce travail sera d’examiner plus avant, chez ce patient, la part prise par le rêve comme principe organique et comme révélateur de traces mnésiques assimilables à un événement purement interne et inaugural de la vie psychique. C’est ainsi que nous serons conduits à tenter une approche plus théorique de ce qu’il en est des fondements narcissiques d’un sujet à travers le récit qu’il nous fera de ses rêves et la possibilité qui lui sera donnée de raconter sa vie.Mots-clés : Relation originaire à l’énigme, Symbolisations vives, Évènement purement interne inaugural et paradigmatique, Structure narrative en attente, Paradigme narcissique singulier. Can the production of dreams that is set in place during the processes of analysis create an inaugural psychic event that would be both at once totally internal to the subject’s history but also a paradigm of this? Can these dreams constitute a primal place thus justifying the idea that the dynamics of clinical practice are based on the activity of specific symbolisation designated here by the notion of active symbolisation. Could this then be the basis of something, a basic organising structure ? This inaugural psychic event, which is not accessible to us through direct interpretation, could well then be compatible with the idea of trophic narcissism defined as the dynamic origin of active symbolisations ? It is then the notion of narcissism that is redeployed in the clinical case described in this article which illustrates the idea of archaic resurgences ? Yet to counterbalance this hypothesis, can we also look for a mythical object comparable with the myth of the subject ? Whether we have here an event beneath this mythical object, it still is true that the symbolising function based on the original tie with the enigma brings a real sense to the arguments that justify this purely internal psychic event and also to the notion of resurgence. In other words, the hypothetical origin of the notion of archaic resurgence can be conferred with a symbolising function that is set up through the dynamics of an original tie with the enigma at hand and this guarantees the idea of trophic narcissism. This is the question we are examining here and in this light we then go on to examine, with the patient, the part played by the dream as an organic principle and as a revealing factor in the mnemes that we can assimilate with a purely internal event that was inaugural for psychic life. In this way we can move onto a more theoretical approach to what is in fact the narcissistic bases of a subject through the dreams they share with us and the possibility that this gives the patient to tell the story ofhis/her life.Keywords : Original link with the enigma, Active symbolisations, Purely internal inaugural and paradigmatic event, Narrative structure in waiting, Singular narcissistic paradigm.
