Résurgences archaïques chez la mère en période périnatale

L’auteur décrit chez la mère le hiatus psychique au moment du post-partum. Ce hiatus correspond à un vide d’affects et coïncide dans les situations habituelles à la période du « baby blues». Il se caractérise, en termes de représentations, par une fantasmatisation très archaïque. La réorganisation spontanée du psychisme maternel fait appel à un tiers métaphorisant. Dans le cas où ce tiers semble absent, la fonction de l’analyste sera non de le représenter, mais d’en indiquer la place.Mots-clés : Archaïque maternel, Post-partum, Tiers métaphorisant, Fantasmatisation archaïque. The author describes the psychic hiatus of the mother at the moment of post-partum. This hiatus corresponds to an emptying of affects and coincides with the habitual situation of the ‘baby blues’ period. It is characterised, in terms of representations, by extremely archaic fantasmatisation. The spontaneous restructuring of the maternal psyche demands the presence of a metaphorical third party. In cases in which this third party seems absent, the function of the analyst is not to represent that third party but to indicate the place to be filled.Keywords : Maternal archaism, Archaic fantasmatisation, Post-partum, etaphorical third party.
