Dans les situations de transfert délirant dans la cure, l’analyse et l’interprétation du transfert sont le plus souvent impossibles. L’analyste est alors amené, sur les conseils de Freud, à tenter de reconstruire les événements historiques ou préhistoriques que l’analysant a traversés sans pouvoir les symboliser et qui ont présidé à la faillite de la différenciation topique Moi – Non Moi. Quand ce travail est opérant, il n’est pas rare de voir alors l’état de l’analysant non pas s’améliorer, mais au contraire s’aggraver dans la reviviscence d’un effondrement ou d’une agonie psychique originelle. On retrouve dans le texte de Freud «Constructions dans l’analyse» les prémisses de ce que Winnicott développera plus tard dans La crainte de l’effondrement.Mots-clés : Transfert délirant, Constructions dans l’analyse, Effondrement, Ago- nie psychique, S.Freud, D.W.Winnicott. In situations of delirious transference, analysis and the interpretation of this transfer become more often than not impossible. The analyst, on Freud’s advice, is then led to try and reconstruct that historical and pre-historical events that the analysand has lived through without being able to symbolise them and which have played a major role in the breakdown of the topical differentiation between Ego and Non-Ego. When this work is taking place, it is not rare to see that state of the analysand get worse instead of better, as she or her lives through the breakdown of primal psychic agony at play.
