Le processus universel qui conduit au monothéisme a pris divers aspects, du soleil égyptien Aton (étudié par Freud dans «l’Homme Moïse») au soleil inca Inti, du jumeau iranien Ahura Mazda au fils unique Jésus, du dieu des Hébreux Elohim à celui des Arabes Allah. La trinité chrétienne comme la trimurti hindouiste (Brahma, Shiva, Vishnou) pose le problème d’un singulier pluriel, d’une essence à plusieurs formes à l’image de la personne humaine, à la fois une et multiple.Mots-clés : Monothéisme, Trinité, Masculin, Féminin, Pluriel. The universal process which leads to monotheism has been expressed in various forms, from the Egyptian Sun God Aton (studied by Freud in ‘The Man Moses’) to the Inca Sun God Inti, from the Iranian twin Ahura Mazda to the only child Jesus, from the God of the Hebrews’Elohim to Allah, God of the Arabs. The Christian notion of the Trinity, just like the Hindu Trimuti (Brahma, Shiva, Vishnou), sets us before the dilemma of a singular plural form, of a single essence which takes on several shapes, just like any human being, at once unique and multiple.
