Au fondement de l’écoute transmise, le récit clinique

La formation à l’exercice de la psychanalyse comporte une expérience d’une nature particulière désignée selon les institutions par les notions de contrôle, super-vision, analyse quatrième... Il s’agit, pour l’analyste en formation, de rendre compte de la conduite d’une cure à un analyste confirmé qui accompagnera son travail d’écoute et son effort de compréhension quant aux investissements transférentiels respectifs mobilisés par cette démarche. L’enjeu central de cette expérience étant évidemment l’examen des relations engagées dans ce projet et les implications multiples que cette situation met au travail. Dire ainsi que cet exercice repose sur les modalités spécifiques d’une transmission de l’écoute clinique impliquera d’avoir à reconsidérer l’usage des éléments qui en constituent le ressort, ce que nous tenterons en posant le récit clinique comme fondement de cette expérience. La notion de symbolisation vive, qui témoigne ici d’un surgissement du sens tout autant que d’un déplacement du sens, procède à une innovation sémantique. Phénomène central du récit clinique, la symbolisation vive s’exerce au point le plus aigu de l’expérience singulière de transmission. Et si l’on peut attribuer, comme nous avons tenté de le montrer, l’origine dynamique des symbolisations vives au bénéfice d’un narcissisme trophique liés au processus lui-même, c’est bien toute la notion du narcissisme de pensée qui sera à reconsidérer dans cette expérience spécifique que constitue l’écoute transmise.Mots-clés : Infantile, Histoire potentielle, Emergences pulsionnelles premières, Eléments préfiguratifs, Symbolisations vives, Urgence narrative, Fonction mimétique, Evénement narratif, Identité narrative. Training for the practice of psychoanalysis involves a specific experience which, depending on the institution concerned, is qualified as controlled analysis, super-vision or fourth analysis... For the trainee analyst, this involves accounting for the process of a cure to a qualified analyst who accompanies the former by listening carefully and trying to understand the transferential dynamics at play within the process. The key point here is examining the relationships involved and the multiple implications triggered by the situation set-up. Thus, holding that this exercise is dependent on the specific procedures of the transmission of the analytic ear in clinical practice means that we will have to reconsider the usage of the elements employed and this will then lead us to postulate that the clinical account is the basis of this experience. The notion of vivid symbolisation, which bears witness to meaning suddenly appearing as much as it does to a displacement of meaning, leads to semantic innovation. It is a key phenomenon in the clinical account and is operative at the cutting-edge of the transmission of individual experience. If we can then attribute, as we have tried to show, the dynamic origins of vivid symbolisations to trophic narcissism linked to the symbolisation process itself, then we shall also have to reconsider the entire idea of the narcissism of thought within this specific experience of transmitting the analytic ear.
