Un quart de siècle en analyse quatrième

Dans ce travail, je situe les données théoriques et pratiques de cette forme de supervision spécifique qu’est l’analyse quatrième. L’articulation de cette pratique avec les principes de fonctionnement du Quatrième Groupe est précisée. Cette référence permet de repérer divers avatars rencontrés dans les analyses quatrièmes qui sont ici étudiées en termes d’impasses identificatoires dans les termes de l’identification à l’analyste réactivées par l’identification du patient. L’analyse quatrième renvoie aux limites même de l’analyse personnelle qu’elle se propose à certains moments de dépasser en particulier concernant le transfert négatif et la problématique de la haine. Une modalité psychique de fermeture et d’impasse de la formation analytique est repérée comme une des formes spécifiques du pacte dénégatif fonctionnant entre analystes. Quant à l’interprétation signalétique, si elle s’avère un outil indispensable à l’analyse quatrième, elle engage la potentialité d’un nouveau moment de cure qui peut tout à fait s’inscrire dans son cadre même. Enfin, en prémisse d’un travail actuel, j’ouvre les perspectives des rapports de l’analyse quatrième dans son rapport à l’institution analytique dans la mesure où elle se constitue comme pivot central de la formation. La problématique de l’éthique est alors fondamentale dans un dialogue permanent entre la modalité de responsabilité et celle de conviction.Mots-clés : Analyse Quatrième, Supervision, Pacte dénégatif, Déni, Identifications, Interprétation, Scissions, Ethique. In this article we shall look at the theoretical and practical data of the specific form of training analysis called analyse quatrième or Fourth Analysis. The way that this practice links together with the principles at the basis of the Quatrième Groupe is highlighted. This will then allow us to pinpoint the different manifestations encountered in fourth analyses that are seen and studied here as dead-ends in identification, either with regards to identification with the analyst or in terms of analysis to the patient. Fourth analysis refers us to the very limits of personal analysis and provides ways of getting beyond the limits of negative transference and the question of hatred. The psychic mode of closure and of being in a dead-end is identified as being a denegative pact that is established between analysts. As for signal interpetation, this proves an indispensable tool in fourth analysis as it allows room for prospective new horizons in the analytical cure that are also part and parcel of the framework of that cure. Finally, as a foretaste of my current work, I will open up the perspectives in this article as to the possible links between fourth analysis and the analytical institution, in that the former is the central pivot of the training provided. The question of ethics is also of fundamental importance, as part of the constant exchange between responsibilities and convictions.
